2. Digital Products
Non-Refundable: All logos and digital products purchased from Logo True are non-refundable. Once you have completed your purchase and the files have been delivered, you cannot return them or request a refund.
Download Issues: If you experience any issues downloading your purchased logo or if you receive a corrupted file, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your files in the correct format.
3. Customization Policy
Customization by Request: While we do not offer online customization tools, we do provide customization services by request. If you would like to make changes to a logo, please contact us before purchasing, and our team will assist you with the customization process. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request.
Customization Errors: If there is an error in the customization that was made by our team, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your customized logo. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Download: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible if the logo files have not yet been downloaded. Once a download has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled.
