• Non-Exclusive Logo Rights: Purchased non-exclusive logos are licensed for personal business use only. You do not have exclusive ownership of the logo, as it may be used by other businesses as well. Brand Us retains full ownership, rights, and copyright of the non-exclusive logo. When you purchase a non-exclusive logo, we grant you a non-exclusive license for personal business use.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Logo True and its designers retain all rights to the logos until they are purchased. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the logo according to the terms agreed upon.
• Trademarks: Purchasing a logo does not grant you the rights to trademark it. You are responsible for ensuring that the logo does not infringe on any existing trademarks.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a logo has been downloaded.
